We are looking for a self-motivated high achiever to join our professional team. We specialise in Soy candles with a part time position available. Choose your business hours Monday to Friday. We are looking for people to bring their outstanding sales phone skills and sales expertise to this role.

 

We have 3 positions available; the successful candidates will meet all their daily tasks and targets with their 'can-do' attitude, and outstanding organisational skills. We are looking for someone with a positive vibe and to add efficiency to the role. You must be a consistent and a reliable asset to the team.

    
You daily responsibilities will include:

 

• Outbound calls to leads you generate

• Managing and imputing data on our CRM (ZOHO) Experience in ZOHO essential

• Weekly reporting to your Manager

• Providing outstanding customer services

• Ability to turn any situation into a positive

• Answer customer inquiries regarding wholesale accounts

• Maintain a database of customer calls, their needs and requirements

• Manage, monitor and schedule customer appointments with sales team

• Providing follow up contact to leads

 

To be successful in this role, you must also have the following experience & tools

 

• Experience in a call centre is desired

• Experience in sales is a must

• Knowledge of the Candle/home fragrancing area would be an advantage but not a necessity

• You own mobile phone, computer and internet access

• Ability to work from home and on site with clients

• Must speak fluent English and have excellent written and verbal skills

• Must understand all Microsoft office products

• Organised and efficient

• Ability to develop new relationships

• Passion for helping people and customer service

• Be available for training

• Perfect for successful Direct sales people
